Bisti / De-Na-Zin Wilderness, New Mexico
When I was there, it was known as Bisti Badlands — ghosts are there I was told. We didn’t see any ghosts — however, the thing I noticed most – was the silence. We camped and the moon was ultra bright that night, nothing stirred except the next day the buzz of a lone huge bumble bee.

One of my favorite processes — take a photo and transform it.
I love filters – ‘omg! how horrible’! – I was always told.
Well, ya know what? If it works and it looks good – so what — it’s all part of the process.
